Chicken and Spring Asparagus Turmeric Curry

A light coconut and turmeric curry loaded with Amish chicken (Ohio), Mick Klug asparagus (St. Joseph, MI), and HCM oyster mushrooms (Three Oaks, MI). This is a meal in itself, but goes great with quinoa or rice.
